Attorney General Debate

Caught the Attorney General's debate between Dustin McDaniel, Gunner DeLay and Green Party candidate Rebekah Kennedy.

McDaniel was the clear winner. He seems poised and ready and his law enforcement background adds to his credibility.

DeLay was off message. He mentioned gay adoption and abortion in his opening and closing statements and never in between. As opposed to a coherent platform, DeLay latches onto issues he thinks will win him votes.

He also seemed to be uncomfortable on the stage. He was nervous and shifting around a lot.

And Kennedy showed an impressive display of knowledge of the issues. So much so that when the camera was on DeLay, his eyes seemed to be looking toward her.
